Registration, Reservation And Payment
The registration is done by sending the corresponding form via e-mail, fax or regular mail, and by sending the receipt of the payment of the fees of the chosen program. The total fee of the program/s and/or other services contracted will have to be accredited with a minimum anticipation of one week previous to the beginning of the services provided by ABLE Español.
Any of the following methods of payment are available to complete the payment: cash, credit card or wire transfer, in dollars, Euros and Argentine Pesos.
ABLE Español will not be able to guarantee the availability of courses, accommodations and/or other services to those students who have not completed the corresponding payment or wish to do so upon arrival.
As regards the professional internships program, the complete payment of the program will have to be done immediately after the student receives the confirmation and details of his/her position as an intern.
Reservations for Spanish Courses have to be done with two weeks anticipation regarding the date decided for the beginning of the program.
Urgent reservations will be received, even when they do not correspond with anticipation time stipulated, but these will be subject to the availability of the required services. If the requested services were not available, ABLE Español will propose alternative services that the student will be able to accept or not.
Refunds
Spanish Courses
The stipulated registration fee for the Spanish courses will not be refunded under any circumstances. There will be total refund of the Spanish courses program (except the registration fee) only in case that cancellation take place with three weeks of anticipation in regards to the start date of the course.
If the cancellation takes place with less than three weeks of anticipation, the total of the program (except the registration fee and a penalty of 25%) will be refunded.
Once the program has started, there will be no refund possibility, but for exceptions, considered as such, personal emergencies that are properly notified and documented to ABLE Español, who will analyze the claim and will offer a partial refund.
Professional Internships
The pre payment stipulated to begin the arrangements of a professional internship will not be refunded under any circumstances. There will be total refund of the program of professional internships (except the pre payment) only in case that cancellation takes place with three weeks of anticipation in regards to the start date of the program.
If the cancellation takes place with less than three weeks of anticipation, the total of the program (except the pre payment and a penalty of 25%) will be refunded.
Once the program has started, there will be no refund possibility.
Accommodation
There will be total refund of the accommodation service only in case that cancellation takes place within three weeksof anticipation in regards to the start date of the service.
If the cancellation takes place with less than three weeks of anticipation, the total of the service will be refunded with a 25% penalty.
